The flagship, Voir Dire—French for "to speak the truth" and the legal term for jury selection—is a Diamond Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon grown from the rare Clone 8, one of Napa's most coveted heritage vineyard selections. Every wine is an argument for specificity: for knowing where a vine grows, how it was tended, and why that truth matters in the glass. One of Napa Valley's oldest and most significant collections of buildings surrounds Theorem Winery—barns, a residence, and a schoolhouse—restored into an intimate, design-forward estate.
