Theorem Collection Information

There are places that exist to be visited. And then there are places that exist because someone believed in something deeply enough to build it. Theorem Collection is the latter. Founded by Jason and Kisha Itkin, Theorem Collection is a privately held portfolio of working estates offering luxury travel experiences — a mountain winery in Napa Valley, a wilderness ranch in Montana, and a performance horse institute in Texas. Each destination is rooted in a single belief: that you should never have to choose between the wild and the refined, and that proximity to something real is the rarest luxury of all. The hospitality company’s portfolio spans three properties and three distinct experiences: Theorem Vineyards, California — A boutique estate winery that makes single-vineyard, single-varietal wines from two of the best high-elevation winemaking regions in California: Diamond Mountain in Napa Valley and an estate on Moon Mountain that borders Napa’s Mt. Veeder on the Sonoma side of the Mayacamas. A historic 1880s homestead on 60 acres in the forest above Calistoga, lovingly restored. Private wine tastings. Chef-crafted pairings. The result is a rare hospitality experience where time slows, and the truth is poured. Theorem Ranch, Montana — 20,000 acres on the banks of the Yellowstone River at the foot of the Crazy Mountains in Big Timber. Fly fishing. Western horsemanship. American Wagyu cattle. Live-fire cooking. Extraordinary hospitality in one of the last great wildernesses in the American West. Theorem Ranch, Texas — Nearly 1,000 acres of elite Western performance arenas and training facilities. The next chapter of Theorem's commitment to horsemanship and ranching tradition. Theorem Collection is a world you enter, not a place you book. It begins with one bottle, and opens from there. Join us from the first chapter.
