Theonys is a frontier biotech company leveraging deep insights into how genes are turned into proteins to expand the therapeutic universe for patients in need. We’re working to harness the power of transfer RNA (tRNA) signaling to unlock a new paradigm in the treatment, prevention and cure of complex, multigenic diseases. We’ve discovered how to reprogram tRNA networks and restore homeostasis in patients suffering from genetically driven disorders — opening the door to developing new targeted, redosable medicines that treat known causes of cancer, inflammatory disorders and severe rare diseases.
