Theodo was founded 14 years ago and comprises 700 employees across offices in London, Paris, New York, Casablanca and Cape Town. The company consists of agile full-stack software development and delivery experts, who partner with innovative companies looking to challenge their organisations and fast-growing companies looking to disrupt their market. We have specialties across Web & Mobile, Serverless, Cloud Platforming, Data Engineering, DevOps, FinTech and HealthTech. Our mission is to change the way our clients work by helping you deliver value to your clients fast and building your capabilities to continuously innovate. Our work ranges from early stage products for startups and scale-ups, to larger transformation programmes for FTSE-listed companies. We have worked for companies such as Admiral, Made.com, Kleinwort Hambros and HomeServe. We are currently 70 people in the UK and growing quickly. We combine a ‘start-up culture’ for our employees with an environment in which they can innovate, learn and create value for our clients. We do this through the adoption of Lean and Kaizen, Japanese practices for continuous improvement, which allows us to launch products fast without compromising on quality.
