Theo Quant is a technology-driven quantitative hedge fund focused on systematic opportunities in global markets. Our investment approach combines statistical arbitrage, cross-exchange arbitrage and real-world asset (RWA) perpetuals arbitrage to create a market-neutral portfolio that is not dependent on the direction of any single asset or market. Technology is at the core of how we invest. Our team develops proprietary algorithmic trading systems to identify and execute relative-value opportunities across assets, trading venues and market structures. The strategies developed and presented by Theo Quant are implemented solely through Capital Sharpe Fund SPC, a Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) regulated segregated portfolio company, and are solely managed by Capital Sharpe Investment, an approved manager regulated by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC).
