I started TheMuscleProgram.com as a hobby/passion in early 2010. It's one of the few authentic sites geared towards fitness, nutrition and supplements. The purpose now, as it was in the beginning phases, is to offer the public real world information to help people become gain more muscle, lose body fat, and simply help them live healthy lifestyles. I also cover bodybuilding and fitness supplements which all of my reviews are genuine, meaning I only review supplements I have actually taken. I'm the sole writer of all of the content on TheMuscleProgram.com and I'm also my own webmaster. The tips, workouts, nutrition guides, and supplement plans are all from my own experiences. On the business side, TheMuscleProgram.com has also turned into an affiliate marketing business for me. I write reviews and advertise specific products in which I make affiliate commissions from sales. I also have some pay-per-click advertisements. However, I'm very cautious about what I advertise on my site as to not take away the genuineness of the content.
