We help leadership teams get aligned; same goals, same read on priorities, fewer blind spots, especially after a merger or round of funding, a new hire at the top, or a strategy shift. Investors bring us in because a portfolio company's success often comes down to who's running it. We help match leadership talent to the specific moment a company's mandate requires, not just to a generic "strong resume." What makes us different: we don't disappear after the placement.
