Davis Cookie Collection is a Cincinnati based business that launched in 2014 while CEO Christina Davis was a graduate student at the University of Cincinnati. Christina would often bake cookies for her classmates.

Sinners & Saints is a dessert-ery like no other, we are not only making heavenly 'sinners' (full of gluten) desserts, but also Saints (GLUTEN FREE) option for those of us who have a sweet tooth, but choose not to eat gluten, without compromising on taste. Our changing desserts will satisfy your cravings, gluten free or not! We started out renting kitchens around town for our whole sale business, and were excited when we found our current location in 2010. Originally it was meant to be only for whole sale production, but then in August of 2010 we decided to give the retail side of the business a try, and it was one of the best decisions we ever made....in April of 2015 we renovated our location and added great big wood communal seating area.
