The Yoga Center Inc Information

The Yoga Center began in 1998 as a central place to practice yoga. Our teachers were volunteers. Now our teachers are paid, Registered Yoga Teachers with the Yoga Alliance. Today we offer 17 yoga classes per week, series of Beginner Yoga, Prenatal Yoga & Pilates, as well as classes in special interest areas, like meditation. We offer classes for all levels of students. The usual styles of yoga offered are Kripalu, Integral, alignment- based Yoga and Yin. We host special events with visiting teachers in different styles of yoga, such as Ashtanga and Jivamukti Yoga.
