The Work Group,a private non-profit ,equips at-risk youth in transition to adulthood with the skills, education, and confidence to become self-directed, self-sufficient individuals who are productive and responsible members of their families and communities. The Work Group operates the New Jersey Youth Corps of Camden, a voluntary program for young adults between the ages of 16-25 who have dropped out of school.
