Premier wine grapes are shipped in from around the world and arrive fresh at the Press. This customized 6500 square foot facility with Italian murals on the walls, a complete kitchen, villa inspired tasting bar and a temperature controlled barrel room is the home of the first wine making facility in Connecticut. Wine making is a ten month process, and along the way there are four steps from grape to bottle. For those not looking to make a whole barrel, our Barrel Club is the perfect way for aspiring wine makers to learn the art of wine making along side other novice winemakers in a small batch setting.
