A Brew-On-Premise is a small brewery where home brewers can come and enjoy all the benefits of the latest professional quality brewing equipment and yet still produce a quality wine to their taste. At The Wine Place, our goal is to provide you with a professional wine making facility offering the finest wine making products and equipment available ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable experience. Integrity and cleanliness are two key ingredients to our on-premise services. The Wine Place offers a comfortable and appealing showroom and bottling area with state of the art equipment. All you have to do is come in and select your wine and it will take less than 30 minutes to start your kit. When you return, it will take approximately 40 minutes to bottle and label your batch of wonderful wine! We have state-of-the-art measured electric wine pumps, compressor corkers, and electric shrink-wrap machines to make your winemaking experience easy and enjoyable. We also carry a large selection of labels for all of our available wines. The Wine Place is different from many Brew-On-Premise locations in their approach to wine making. The quality of your wine is dependent on the quality of the brewing equipment, the cleanliness of the bottling, and the purity of the ingredients. The Wine Place uses all glass carboys for brewing to improve the taste and prevent previous batches from tainting your wine. We also use only the highest grade juices and concentrates and properly purified water as a base for your wine. Unique to The Wine Place Part of the wine making process involves utilizing de-gassing equipment after the filtering stage. Using the 'de gassing ' system is an extra step to remove excess Carbon dioxide gas helping to age your wine. This allows your wine to be ready to consume more quickly.
