The Weaving Academy is a community weaving systemic change for universal wellbeing. Weaving is a style of leadership that is focused on changing systems and mindsets through collaborative action. Weaving is central to collective impact, to solving complex problems, and to growing healthy ecosystems. Weaving is Aligning people; Collaborating; Being systemic. Vision: A world in which everyone is empowered to practice changemaking - living for universal wellbeing. Mission: to advance the profession and practice of weaving empowering learning ecosystems (increasing the number and the effectiveness of change leaders who are weaving empowering learning ecosystems).
