Nutrition and food consultancy with personal practice for nutrition and functional medicine, and health & science writer. Services offered: 1. Personal consultations to help people optimise their health and reduce the risk of disease. Most of my clients are between 30 and 55 and I help them to feel their best with nutrition and lifestyle changes. This is particularly important as our body ages and changes and we become aware of potential chronic lifestyle disease risks such as with diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer. I currently have a few spaces for personal consultations at the moment so do email me for more information. 2. Working with food and health brands to share the latest nutriton and health news and breaking this down into bite size pieces. I write articles, blog posts, give presentations, create recipes, host events and supper clubs and more. 3. Work with cancer charities to help their share more about how nutrition, lifestyle and food might help reduce the risk of cancer and help to fundraise and raise awareness. I am currently working with The Royal Marsden and Breast Cancer Now but have worked with so many including Trekstock, Breast Cancer Haven and World Cancer Research Fund amongst others. 4. Run lots of events including nutrition workshops, supper clubs with health themes and my latest venture What the Health? with health journalist Amy Abrahams which breaks down health and wellness to work our what is best for each individual and discuss topics which are often not discussed.
