The University of Arizona Health Sciences (UAHS) reaches across the state and well beyond its borders to provide health-care education, research, patient care and service for Arizonans and their neighbors. Arizona’s only academic health center, UAHS is based on the UA campus in Tucson and maintains a growing presence on the Phoenix Biomedical Campus in downtown Phoenix. UAHS encompasses five UA colleges training nurses, doctors, pharmacists and public health practitioners for the future. We also maintain a robust interprofessional research program with particular strength in neuroscience, health disparities, population health and precision health.
