Specialties At The UnderBox CrossFit our coaches specialize in teaching the fundamentals of proper movement, and scaling functional movements to all ability levels. Success in any functional fitness program will be based off the foundation created when learning/executing correct movement strategies and then putting them into use as a gradual increase of movements is warranted. Once you have learned to perform functional movements consistently correct, they become the most powerful tools available for increasing your strength, endurance, flexibility, power, you name it! At The UnderBox we pride ourselves on our ability to teach all people to train like athletes regardless of your individual goals. We offer various program and class levels to help you attain your physical goals and beyond! Company History The origins of The UnderBox actually started in 2011 at Misawa CrossFit, Misawa Japan. Misawa's CrossFit program not only gave the members and athletes tremendous fitness results but created a community that was dearly needed in the heart of a military city. After moving to Augusta, GA, The Owners of The UnderBox CrossFit set out to create a CrossFit gym that provided a similar experience that was Veteran owned and military friendly--with a focus on building athletes and a community.
