Reentry is more than release. It is the opportunity to rebuild, restore, and move forward. The Uncuffed Project, Inc. is a community-driven nonprofit committed to supporting justice-impacted individuals and families through comprehensive reentry services designed to promote stability, accountability, health, and long-term success. Our work addresses the realities people face before, during, and after reentry. Through housing navigation, transitional housing, Enhanced Care Management, Community Supports, education, life-skills development, and community-based resources, we help individuals navigate the systems and challenges that can stand between release and sustainable independence. We believe successful reentry requires more than a single service or referral. It requires connection, consistency, accountability, and support that meets people where they are while helping them move toward where they want to be.
