For as far as we have come, there is still so much expectation placed on our shoulders as women- often from ourselves. We are committed and supportive wives, partners, mothers, daughters, and friends. We are motivated professionals, fully engaged mothers, and quite frankly, bosses across the board. We are women, we can handle it, right? In reality, we work late, we order take out too often, we forget to move the clothes to the dryer, we lose our cool, and we constantly put others before ourselves.
