The Thriving School Psychologist Collective® Information

The Thriving School Psychologist® (TSP) collaborates with parents, educators and mental health professionals to provide professional development and in-service training to: -Empower school psychologists to expand their roles beyond testing to increase the impact of school-based mental health and learning supports for students. - Equip teachers and parent with skills to foster critical social-emotional, behavioral, and academic needs of students as an “add in” not an “add on” to their day. -Leverage and level up school psychologists' and mental health providers' expertise to ensure equal access to high quality mental health and learning support services. The TSP offers signature online courses, trainings, and Professional Learning Communities to advance access to mental health and learning supports: The Thriving School Psychologist Collective is an online interactive professional development course and community for school psychologists. This NASP-approved CPD course is available to school psychologists who want to break the "Test-IEP-Repeat" burnout cycle by streamlining workflow, improving efficiency in assessment report writing using technology, enhancing participation in prevention and intervention activities, providing burnout prevention tools and infusing strategies proven to increase job satisfaction. The “How to Teach” Masterclasses feature on-demand online training and tools to level up educators and mental health providers in teaching vital student skills like executive functioning, social-emotional self-regulation, and coping skills (PreK-12). This curriculum includes progress monitoring toolkit for MTSS and RTI teams to make data-based decisions and enhance support across all Tiers of intervention.
