The Technical Group is an environmental consulting firm offering regulatory, policy, and technical expertise in environmental regulatory areas. TGI has established itself as a leader in the federal environmental regulatory arena. The firm is on the vanguard of the debates on key RCRA and CAA issues, serving an advocacy role for its clients in both the Executive and Legislative branches of the federal government. Few firms offer the sophistication, expertise, and technical proficiency available through TGI. None perform in a more cost-effective, responsive manner. We pride ourselves on our focus, efficiency, and proficiency. We offer services that consist primarily of regulatory, legislative, and policy consulting; advocacy and issues management; and training. Chris Bryant is President of The Technical Group. He has 14 years of experience in the environmental arena, most of which has been spent specializing in the RCRA and CAA regulatory programs. Chris also has broad experience with virtually every major federal environmental regulatory program. He spent over three years as the senior environmental regulatory/policy analyst with the environmental law firm of Weinberg, Bergeson & Neuman and was Director of EPA's RCRA/Superfund/EPCRA Hotline. Michele Anders joined the firm in June 1998 after 13 years at EPA. She has extensive experience in regulatory development and interpretation in the hazardous waste field, and similar experience with EPA's TSCA program. Michele also has expertise and experience in the international arena, having represented the U.S. on waste export issues. Michele played a major role in drafting legislation to implement the Basel Convention that was introduced during the Bush Administration. Ted Sears is a Senior Consultant for the firm. He has extensive training in various segments of the environmental arena and broad experience with a wide array of issues involving environmental law, science, and policy.
