TUCSON, Arizona — March 20, 2014 — Simutek, Inc. today announced it has agreed to acquire southern Arizona's highest rated Apple Consultant Network member The TechKeys, which provides support for Apple hardware, software, and computer systems. As part of the acquisition, The TechKeys co-founders Jordan Lewis and Marc Padilla will join Simutek.
