The Tech Fixers Information

The Tech Fixers provide I.T. support, repair and setup services to home users and businesses. The Tech Fixers can also provide these services on behalf of another companies such as I.T. companies, Computer shops, ISP’s and other businesses either using The Tech Fixers branding or white labelling and using the other company’s name. Software and Set Up services are provided remotely and by phone by our Tech Support Agents and are done through a call centre environment. While hardware repairs are either done by the end user calling into one of our repair centres with the equipment, shipping to us or dropping off in one of our drop off points (please see our website for a list of repair centres and drop off points in Ireland and UK). Site visits are usually only provided for network issues for businesses but are available to all customers in the Republic of Ireland.
