The Table Mountain Curing Company is a Toronto based, artisan, meat snack producer that never quite got what they wanted out of conventional beef jerky. Every time we picked up jerky from the local supermarket or gas station, we were sadly biting into a gummy, leather like, manufactured meat-ish snack. We wondered why jerky couldn't taste how it looked; like delicious, tender, all natural, spiced and sliced steak. Thus, we began to cure. We embarked on a mission to create a genuinely crafted and sophisticated jerky hybrid. With the help of our team of seasoned curemaster mentors, Table Mountain Cured Steak was born. A product that is composed of only a handful of ingredients, with a mouthful of taste. Table Mountain Cured Steak doesn't contain anything that you wouldn't dry-rub onto your own steak.
