Based in the historic city of Canterbury, with a network of campuses and centres throughout the beautiful county of Kent, the University offers excellent teaching facilities in unique and inspiring locations. We are the largest centre of higher education in Kent for the public services - notably teacher training, nursing, policing, health and social care - and a significant provider of programmes in a wide range of academic and professional areas. In total we offer over a thousand academic and professional study programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

Nestling in idyllic surroundings on the outskirts of Canterbury, Kent College offers a fantastic array of opportunities including our own school farm and equine unit. We provide an education for local children as well as boarders from 40+ different countries.Our Senior school sits in an 80 acre campus and is well known for its family friendly approach and high academic standards. Professional sports coaching leads to high levels of success notably in cricket and hockey with a number of pupils going on to play nationally. Our partnership with Kent County Cricket Club helps to provide a pathway for young talent. We are recognised as a world school and offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma alongside A level courses. The IB allows students to pursue more subjects and credits them for the work that they already do in the community and on the sports field. Recent IB results with an average of 37 points place the school in the top 10 nationally. Our pupils are academically able and also accomplished team players in sport; eloquent musicians; contributors to the school society and beyond; leaders of their own peer group and role models to others.
