Aspire provides unique and engaging programs and services to help prepare young adults for their future careers. We use a collaborative approach to our program design, partnering with government, education, non-profit and industry partners, in order to offer diverse career exploration opportunities. Our workforce development programs include the Young Adult Career Initiative (YACI), Young Parents Career Empowerment Program (YPCEP ), and the TACC Pre-Apprenticeship Program. program, which prepares young adults to make a successful transition into self-sufficiency and financial independence, through high school equivalency/academic support, work experience leading to career opportunities, career exploration, vocational skills training and personal supportive services. Leadership programs such as the Student Leadership Institute, Points of Light Youth Leadership Institute and Mentorship Training, we teach skills critical for success, both today and in the future. In addition, we offer career development services designed for professionals, including emerging leaders, those needing a refresher or anyone who needs a boost in performance. Our engaging training approach includes small group activities, interactive discussions, real-world applications and clear action plans to improve performance.

StarQuest was founded in 1998, with the vision of changing the way people value learning in the workplace. Our mission is to increase the potential of people by expanding their capacity for growth, development and progress. Equipped with a wealth of experience, knowledge, resources and creativity, we are committed to delivering relevant, application-oriented training programs that develop peoples' potential for superior on-the-job performance.

Youth Potential Academy is a youth and community serving organization located in Brooklyn, New York. We provide Free Weekly Tutoring, Free Weekly Employment and Entrepreneurial Workshops for teens. Our Community engagement is done through our Be Involved and Together We campaigns. Our services are based on a unique educational philosophy entitled Potentialism that is coupled with our proprietary curriculum. Our unique pedagogical approach is designed with the intent of bringing to fruition the inherent potential of each youth we serve.
