The Space Agency Information

The Space Agency is a place activation consultancy that specialises in transitioning properties from where they are to where they need to be. Activation is a strategic process where on-the-ground activities — including events, retail offers, personalised experiences and community engagement initiatives — are designed and implemented to bring a place to life. We design activations that focus on user experience and result in destinations that are characterful, activated and buzzing with people and life. Whether your property is existing, under-performing, challenging or soon-to-be developed, we will tailor a strategy that drives visitation, positively engages the community, prototypes future space, attracts new operators, increases residential sales and/or boosts commercial outcomes. We work nationally on every scale of property development, including small mixed-use precincts, large-scale urban renewal projects and major greenfield masterplans. In July 2018 we launched our sister company: The Place Agency - a dedicated place management company that bolts-on to building management and development teams, focusing on visitors and tenants on the ground floor.
