The Solver Collaborative LLC Information

Solver Collaborative studies the places where AI breaks when it meets real operations—and builds harnesses designed to make it usable. Our mission is to study the hardest real-world AI problems, build solutions, write and teach about what works, and consult with organizations applying those lessons. We help owner-led and operations-heavy organizations tackle workflows where a wrong, insecure, or unpredictable result carries a real cost: protecting personal information, producing answers grounded in evidence, interpreting changing policy, and creating schedules or allocations that must obey hard rules. Our work combines AI application threat controls, data-minimizing and pseudonymizing boundaries designed to reduce sensitive-data exposure, evidence-grounded question answering, governed policy logic, constraint optimization, and a disciplined control-and-evidence system for operating what we build. We start with one painful workflow. We name what can go wrong, what the system may and may not do, what evidence success requires, and where a human stays in control. Then we build a bounded proof before anyone bets the business on it. We are building our own control and evidence program toward SOC 2 readiness.
