We specialize in pre-contact Indigenous foods of North America. We have a catering company in Minneapolis featuring flavors of the Dakota and Ojibwe tribes of MN. Our focus is the education and introduction of Native American foods and their benefits to the public, especially Native communities. We also developed and opened the Tatanka Truck (www.tatankatruck.com) which also specializes in Pre Contact Indigenous Foods as well as a catering company which serves the Twin Cities area and beyond. Oh, and you might have noticed we opened a restaurant called Owamni in 2021. We won Best New Restaurant from the James Beard Foundation!
