For over 10 years, Sentinel Imaging has been specializing in BK Medical ultrasound probes and systems. We are the only facility with a dedicated BK transducer repair lab. While we repair all brands, BK has been our specialty. Many of our repairs come from other vendors that need to have a client's probe repaired. We have a huge inventory of B&K equipment and parts. We are continually investing in R&D to refine current procedures and add new repair capabilities to maintain or position as the top BK sales and service facility. From having a dedicated BK team, we know and are ready for the most common problems. We offer free evaluations and loaner equipment for approved repairs as a courtesy to our customers. Our goal is to keep you running. The ultrasound service market is growing and competitive. Some new outlets claim this level of service is a bad thing. Negative advertising is not a solution for a lack of experience and inventory. A positive outcome for our customer is the goal. We did not get to be a premier B&K outlet without putting in the time and investment.
