The Security Edge is a boutique consulting practice specializing in channel programs, partner go-to-market strategy, and alliance development for the technology companies building the ecosystem and the channel organizations powering it. With more than 20 years of channel and alliances experience spanning major technology and security companies such as Dell, DXC, Cloudflare, Mandiant, and Google, including seven years spent inside partner organizations evaluating and executing vendor relationships from the partner side, we bring a ground-level understanding of what drives partner engagement, sales alignment, and the executive buy-in that makes programs succeed long term. Our services cover the full range of how technology companies grow revenue through partners: building and commercializing channel programs, developing cloud marketplace strategy, and structuring technology alliances that translate into pipeline. We work with technology vendors building an indirect motion and with channel organizations looking to grow, differentiate, or sharpen how they go to market, bringing the same depth to both and the cross-functional alignment that makes the work stick. Engagements are outcome-based and scoped to the specific need, whether the work is building a program from the ground up, operationalizing something that exists on paper but not in practice, or diagnosing why an existing program isn't gaining traction.
