The Schuett Companies, Inc. have been helping seniors and individuals with disabilities find affordable housing for over 40 years. We currently manage 17 apartment complexes scattered across the great state of Minnesota. Our sites are diverse, offering large communities up to 120 units and small communities as quiet as 24 units. At Schuett Companies, our top priorities are the happiness and comfort of our residents, the job satisfaction and and well-being of our employees, and the highest-quality conditions of our buildings.
