We specialise in dementia, mental health, spiritual and palliative care and have been recognised internationally and nationally for our innovative care. A division of The Salvation Army Eastern Territory, Aged Care Plus provides aged care services to over 1700 older Australians. We have 16 residential aged care centres across NSW, QLD and the ACT, four retirement villages across NSW and QLD, one respite and day centre in the ACT and a range of Home & Community Care programs across NSW and QLD assisting older Australians in their home.
