We are a family owned and operated Fremantle based company, offering a range of services for both roofs and walls. We have been trading successfully for the past 20 years with the same family owners. The Roof & Wall Doctor is a Licenced Building Company, Registration No 13172. We are members of The Master Builders Association. We are licenced with The Painters Registration Board, Registration No 4146. We are members of the Master Painters Association. The Roof & Wall Doctor is the holder of a Class III Asbestos WorkSafe Demolition Licence, No 0037. This licence covers the removal of asbestos and its safe disposal. The Company is fully insured with Workers Compensation and Public Liability Insurance, including coverage for asbestos, and also offers a full range of guarantees on its workmanship and products. The Roof & Wall Doctor has pre-qualified at Level 0 under the Department of Housing & Works Builders pre-qualification scheme. The Roof & Wall Doctor is also an established contractor for the City of Fremantle. This involves building maintenance services covering Heritage restoration and roof replacement throughout the city. This contract was recently renewed (12th April 2013) for a further 2 years. This is evidence of our ability to perform work on time and within a competitive price structure. The Roof & Wall Doctor has had the honour of being awarded two Royal Australian Institute of Architects Heritage Council Conservation Awards for our work as the nominated sub-contractor to clean and restore the exterior brick work of the Perth Town Hall, and strip and restore tuck pointing to Niana Homestead in Shelly. In addition we received a third Heritage award, in our own right, as the head contractor and Registered Builder, for the restoration works carried out over a five year period to the Monsignor Cyril John Hawes, "Our Lady of Mt Carmel Church in Mullewa".
