We are a women-owned coaching and consulting practice that provides experiences, programs and services to explore identity, restore intention and improve organizational health, team effectiveness and individual well-being. We address the human issues that cause challenges in the workplace and beyond by taking individuals and organizations through a restoration process. (Re)build connection: to self, others and something greater; Restore intention: explore and define identity, vision, intention, and meaning, then build a plan and Inspire action: establish new practices, systems, rituals and routines. This process positively transforms the way we live, lead and work by restoring hearts and minds, creating clarity and calm in change, instilling confidence where there is uncertainty and doubt and increasing collective connection, commitment and success.
