The Resilience Institute provides science-based face-to-face and digital resilience training to organisations around the world. The tools are practical and the results are measurable. We offer a range of program formats. Many organisations choose blended learning: face-to-face workshops supported by micro-learning videos, goal tracking and the Resilience Diagnostic assessment. Workshops are delivered in short 60-90 minute sessions, half, full and multiple day formats. We also offer 1-hour webinars to engage and inform distributed teams. Resilience enables people to bounce, grow, connect and flow. It enables agility in a changing world.
