Our monitoring and evaluation services include both process and impact evaluations, using a range of techniques. General research services cover desk and literature reviews; policy analysis and think pieces; quantitative research through surveys and data; and qualitative research through interviews, focus groups and workshops. Our market intelligence services are designed to help our clients understand points of market entry or development, and cover macro-environmental trend analysis, data forecasting, policy and governance, funding and competitor analysis, distilled into a deep understanding of the market and key recommendations in areas such as the focus of products and services, marketing, finances, research and stakeholder engagement. Clients include government and public sector agencies, international NGOs and smaller charities, bilateral and multilateral agencies, trusts, foundations and businesses that work for social impact.
