Refugee Next Door (RND) is a non-profit organization with a focus on education, health and economical development in the Refugee Camp of Soweto in Jinja, Uganda. Through a number of specific projects, it aims to alleviate poverty in the short run and to stimulate self-reliance and autonomy in the long run. It has grown significantly over the years through a dedicated network of well-wishers and a young, dynamic and multicultural team of volunteers.
