The Reel Group, is a boutique executive search firm, building the leadership teams for emerging companies around the country. We are a thoughtfully designed small, high touch firm founded out of frustration with the existing search process both clients and candidates experience while working with other firms. Our goal is to remain small and nimble, allowing us to eliminate operational inefficiencies and execute quickly for our clients. We value mindshare and diverse interpretations when sourcing and screening candidates; however, rather than adding organizational layers and multiple members to a search team we’ve decided to work together as Partners to execute each of the searches we bring on.
