This allows us to select from the most fitting and capable candidates out there; and only the best of these are invited to join us on one of our Training Academies. Academy students will spend 12 weeks immersed in a Recruitment Training course; not a text book academic course, but one that covers all aspects of the skills, attributes, behaviors and those all-important soft skills that ensure that recruiters make you money! Students will be taught all aspects of Recruitment, Resourcing, Advertising and Selection, they will apply their training and will be taught to use the latest industry specific CRM & posting tools – in short – they’ll be fired up and ready to go from day one. You will then be able to select an Academy Graduate, a fully trained, credible, knowledgeable consultant. Someone ready to add value to your businesses Academy Graduates will be in short supply; currently we can only offer 8 graduates per quarter, so competition for our Graduates will be high!
