The Proposal Centre was founded in 2006 on the principle that the proposal management best practices of large corporations can be successfully adopted by small and medium-sized businesses. The Proposal Centre works with small and medium-sized enterprises to create winning proposals in response to requests for proposal (RFP) and other RFx bid solicitations from the federal, provincial and municipal governments, as well as other public sector institutions.
