The Property Owners' Association of NSW Inc. is a non-profit organisation formed in 1951 by property owners who wished to assist each other obtain a fair rental income from their properties. Many members want to learn more about the Rental Property Industry, some want to share their experiences with others. Most importantly we represent property owners' interest to the NSW government departments who are under constant pressure to further extend tenants' rights. It is important this work continues.
