The Process Manager Information

The Process Manager is an "in the trenches" based approach to learning, teaching, and management. We help educators manage the day to day work process, the basics, the who, what, how, when, and where of schooling. To do this, we provide databases, research studies, focused groups for students, teachers, and administrators, and web and telephone support. The Process Manager understands and supports accountability in education. State administered tests have become the primary measure of effectiveness. Tests are biased at best. Because of this, we designed our methodology to compensate for the bias. The Process Manager has learned that individual campuses and school districts achieve exemplary status because of curriculums that are considered works-in-progress, instructional strategies that are based on best practices, high levels of motivation, and superior teamwork.
