Our counsellors use evidence‑based methods that lead to measurable client improvement, and we train the next generation of counsellors while advancing mental health research.

Aspen Health and Wellness is a Registered Massage Therapy clinic in Chilliwack, B.C. We also provide osteopathy. Osteopaths look to find the root cause of pain and dysfunction.
