The Power Barn Information

The Power Barn was established in 2003 to develop the speed, agility, and strength of local high school athletes. In keeping with it's origins, the Power Barn continues to work closely with Cheshire's athletes to promote safer competition in sports and a healthier outlook on life. The Power Barn now offers a variety of services to its clientele. Basic memberships are available to all that are interested in training independently. With this membership comes access to free weights, strength equipment, cardio equipment, a turf area, and general expertise from the knowledgeable staff. If an individual is interested in personalized workout programs, personal training options are also available. All the training staff at the Power Barn have the experience to help their clients reach a variety of goals, whether it's strength training, general fitness conditioning, nutritional and weight loss or simply working towards overall health. The Power Barn is a facility where men and women of all ages can benefit from training in a focused, convenient, and comfortable environment.
