The process includes property acquisition, due diligence, financing, entitlement, planning, design and construction management. Our focus is primarily with property in excess of five acres to develop or redevelop with multiple tenants that are complementary in nature. Investments may be in urban markets or peripheral trade areas, depending upon the client and driver for the acquisition.
