The Plumbing Academy, Inc. is led by Norman St. Hilaire, Jr. Norm has been in the Plumbing and Gasfiiting Trade for over 40-years. He is the former Associate Executive Director or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Plumbing and Gasfitting Board and has served as a Plumbing and Gasfitting Inspector, Investigator, Teacher and Instructor for 25+-years. He is the Education Director for a National Corporation and is passionate about mentoring and coaching any candidate willing to learn about Plumbing, Gasfitting, Codes, Regulations and doing things right the first time. Norm and the entire On-line Technical Team have developed this site to assist you with identifying your strength and weaknesses as you learn about the Plumbing and Gasfitting Trade as you prepare for your Plumbing and Gasfitting Licensing Examinations.
