The Plain Information

The Plain is an educational platform where current public health issues can be discussed honestly (plainly) and in simple terms (plainly), in an effort to increase access to credible public health information and reduce health disparities. The main focus of The Plain is to combat misinformation surrounding public health issues by providing counter-information (evidence-based and research-backed information), fact-checking (vetting sources of mainstream public health information to make sure that they are credible and accurate), and immunization (educating the public on how to identify misinformation and search for the truth).
