The Physicians Integrated Network Information

TPIN is a network of ambulatory facility owners, business professionals, and independent physicians based in Greater Philadelphia, Delaware Valley and New Jersey. We understand both the changes taking root in U.S. healthcare and the important role of independent providers in the emerging healthcare delivery landscape. As the same paradigm shift becomes front-and-center throughout the Delaware Valley it demands that local providers adapt to remain successful. Our goal is to pave the way for a financially viable and fully scalable model to deliver value-based care and population healthcare. Recognizing that the successful execution of value-based models depends on shared vision, responsibility and ownership within a network of independent providers, TPIN exists to align these groups and individuals and equip them for success within the new healthcare environment. To eliminate the hurdles in care efficiency, we offer partner practices the infrastructure that will help them integrate care, facilitate the measurement of data and outcomes (MIPS), and guide providers in sharing care gap information with other network providers.
