I am Wendy Masters, Founder and MD of The Phoenix Partnership. As a skilled senior executive assistant, kingmaker, project manager and award-winning communication specialist, I have over 30 years of experience across multiple sectors - both locally and abroad – and bring great insight into what it takes to manage, nurture and grow a business. After leading my agency and a team of specialists for over 20 years, I made the timeous decision in 2019 to shift from providing in-house services to an outsourced consulting model. Doing so has opened up a world of alternative remote working opportunities where the combination of my client service, project management, communication, research and administration skillset has ideally positioned me to be of service and support to others. As a result-driven pacesetter, I love the variety that virtual business service work brings me, the fulfilment of meeting new people around the world, and the excitement and growth of learning new skills in different sectors. Based in Cape Town, I provide my expert professional, administrative, technical and marketing assistance to clients around the globe.
