The Performance Lens Information

\The Performance Lens is an organizational health practitioner. We build the human skills that determine how people perform, lead, and work together. We run engaging sessions where teams practice those skills under pressure, and we measure how they perform while they do it. That data goes back to the organization: a private profile for every participant, and a report for leaders showing the team pattern and what to develop next. Over a longer program we measure again, so you can see what has moved. You get a compass for development and a roadmap you can act on. We work across two tracks. Business, for organizations developing their teams. Education, for students and institutions preparing for the workplace. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, working across Vietnam.
